Excellent hotel my only disappointment is why didn’t I know about this place sooner!! The service was world class!! You did not want for anything. The staff is super friendly and not just saying hi and how are you but genuinely engaging you in conversation. Also the room was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It really shows that the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The breakfast was yummy and I really enjoyed the hot flaky biscuits and gravy. And I was surprised to find a happy hour with 3 free drinks and a nice spread of snacks and food, really enough food that you didn’t need dinner. My stay was definitely worth the value. I highly recommend and will be looking to stay at more Drury Inns in the future.

The pet fee has gotten to be too much! I understand there should be a pet fee, however, I think there should be a maximum of $50 per pet and the thing that got me most was that I was also charged taxes on the pet fee and occupancy fee on the pet fee. Since these taxes were already paid on the room for myself and friend I think that extra 10+ dollars on top of the $60 pet fee was totally ridiculous. So the pet fee actually came to 70+ dollars. I have a 9 pound non-shedding very well behaved dog. In my mind jury in is trying to do away with pets without admitting that they do not want pets. And I actually think it should be illegal to double charge occupancy and tax fees

Front desk excellent, including phone contact ahead of time for questions. Timely and friendly. Portacrib provided upon request, clean and with clean bedding. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great bath for bathing the babies and wonderful shower head. Plenty of soft clean towels. Excellent - outstanding, actually - breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions, waffles, cold fridge items, variety of hot and cold drinks. Caring and friendly breakfast staff service. High chair for baby. As a grandmother traveling with two little ones aged 1 and 2, this was clean, safe, friendly and highly recommended.

This was my second stay with my family and it was very clean during both stays. The front desk staff was professional and kind. The housekeeping staff had a positive attitude. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is a reflection of the pride the hotel staff have in their work. We love that the hotel is pet friendly. My family enjoyed seeing and meeting many friendly pets in the lobby. The breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful. We appreciated the well lit parking area. Overall our stay was a wonderful! Thank you staff at the Amarillo Drury Inn & Suites!

Location, Location, Location!! This hotel is in the perfect spot right off highway 40 and near multiple stores and restaurants. It is my family's new half way stay going back and forth from St Louis to Arizona. Our room was clean, no odor, fresh towels and sheets. We stayed in one of their suites so there was enough room for four adults with the two beds and a pull out couch. They offer a free breakfast but we slept in after our long drive. The staff was super friendly and apologized for the noise after asking how our stay was.
